Hundreds enjoy West Jeff Fall Festival

The 2022 Fall Fest was held Oct. 22 at the West Jefferson Community Center. The event included trunk-or-treat, food, haunted hayrides, face painting, mechanical bull rides and a haunted house.

The trunk created by the Stanley family was selected as best of show at the West Jefferson Fall Fest. The family passed out candy from the vehicle’s windows.
Haylie Behnke is all dressed up to pass out candy from the Happy Druggist vehicle, one of many businesses, groups, and individuals who took part in trunk-or-treat.

The first group leaves Hampton Cemetery for a haunted hay ride.
Food–including hot dogs, hamburgers, chips and cider slushies–were offered to festival goers.
