Each year, the Madison Health Foundation’s Heartfelt Holidays gala brings people together in support of local healthcare to raise funds for patient care needs. This year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Foundation is not holding an in-person event.
“While everyone will miss gathering together, the Madison Health Foundation remains committed to enhancing patient care and providing support for our healthcare team,” said Randy Crisp, Foundation board president.
In the absence of an in-person event, the foundation will send out invitations for people to answer a Call for the Cause.
“This call is inviting people to join together to purchase modern wheelchairs which will offer our patients more comfort and security,” said Ginger Kronk, Foundation executive director. “Our healthcare workers will also find them more comfortable and safe to operate, sanitize and maintain.
Kronk added, “Madison Health always appreciates the generosity of our community and the importance it places on local healthcare.”
Contributors to this $50,000 project will be recognized on a commemorative plaque inside the hospital.
