Honoring service

Members of the 1st Squadron, 9th U.S. Cavalry, which served in Vietnam from 1965-73, were honored at Motts Military Museum in Groveport on Oct. 6 with the dedication of a monument to their military service. As part of the ceremonies, a Blackhawk helicopter, piloted by Col. Stuart Driesback of the Ohio Army National Guard out of Rickenbacker, was on display and performed a flyover during the ceremonies.
