Hilltop YMCA encourages older adults to get active

The Hilltop YMCA hosted its first Active Older Adults Health and Wellness Day on Jan. 15 to help older citizens become more acquainted with the activities available to them though the YMCA. Here, Westgate resident Dawnelle Bradford is getting information from Maureen O’Connor of Silver Sneakers, an organization that helps adults 65 and older get free gym memberships through their insurance or medicare.
