Aimee Sanders of Pickerington holds her daughter, Abby, so she may pet Prince, the Pickerington Police horse. "Abby will be two next month. She loves horses," Aimee said. Prince visited with neighborhood children as part of a safety event held July 20 at Pickerington Elementary that featured vehicles and officers from the Pickerington Police Department. Prince is 15-years-old and will retire from the department at age 20, according to Det. Rob Bartek, Prince’s caretaker.
