Occupation: Senior Human Resource Specialist with Department of Defense
Education, military, and/or political experience: Masters in Public Administration from Kaplan University (Magna Cum Laude), 2014; Active duty U.S. Navy Damage Controlman, 2005-09 (Damage Controlman is responsible for shipboard firefighting, flooding, and CBRN defense); President of Hamilton Youth Athletics from January 2016 – present.
Goals if elected: I want to ensure there is checks and balances within the school district and that everyone has a voice I would like to help build upon the success of Enroll, Enlist, Employed. I hope to continue its success and make it a desired school district for all in central Ohio.

Amber Clark, 421 Oak Village Drive, Columbus
Occupation: Teacher with South-Western City Schools.
Education, military, and/or political experience: I am a licensed Intervention Specialist and have a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction. As an educator, I have experience analyzing student achievement data and evaluating course of study and curriculum programs. This gives me the perspective necessary to advocate for policies that create optimal learning conditions.
Goals if elected: I want the district to continue to prioritize meeting the needs of every child by training all staff on trauma-informed strategies and providing students access to mental health resources. Intervention is key to reducing the impact that trauma experienced early in life has on a child’s education.

Occupation: FSO, Battelle Memorial Institute.
Education, military, and/or political experience: I graduated in 2003 from Hamilton Township High School. I attended Eastland Career Center and received a two-year certificate in Business. I went on to graduate from DeVry University with a Bachelors in Technical Management. I started at Battelle Memorial Institute in 2005 and currently serve as the Corporate, FSO.
Goals if elected: If elected I want to ensure there are checks and balances within our school district and that there is clarity and accountability. I want to be an advocate for our children’s education and sports programs. Most importantly I want to be a voice for our parents, students, teachers, and staff.

Occupation: Retired from YRC Freight.
Education, military, and/or political experience: Hamilton Township High School graduate, 1975; YRC Freight – 35 years; Served over 22 years as a Hamilton Local Schools Board of Education Member.
Goals if elected: Continue Financial Responsibility while keeping taxpayers in mind when making difficult decisions. Help implement Career Pathways in the district. I’m all about keeping our students safe and in school five days a week. “Every Ranger, Every Reason, Every Day”!

Occupation: General manager with Tire Discounter in Grove City
Education, military, and/or political experience: Hamilton Township graduate class of 199. Attended Ohio State University and studied business and education. Been in the automotive business for 17 years. Coach softball in the community for eight years.
Goals if elected: I plan to set a new standard of transparency. I believe we need someone on council who understands we work for those who voted us in and not the other way around. My family is fourth generation and we need someone who has seen where we have been and has the vision to see what we can be. We need a new voice for our new city, I am that voice.

Education, military, and/or political experience: Current Councilman, appointed 2/10/20. Parks & Programming Committee-Chair. Served on first Obetz Charter Commission in 2009. Served on Planning and Zoning prior to being appointed to Council. 17 years of coaching experience (basketball, baseball, football) ranging from Rec league (Coach and Board Member) to High School. Current Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Madison Christian.
Goals if elected: Continue to listen and take to heart the thoughts, ideas, and concerns of the residents for whom I’d serve. Focus on economic development by working to bring the amenities wanted by the residents to Obetz. Work to strengthen the already great programs and resources offered throughout the Community.

Robert Kramer, 1099 Ayshire Drive, Obetz


Occupation: Data analyst with South-Western City School District
Education, military, and/or political experience: I graduated with a Bachelor of Science from The University of Toledo in Computer Science and Engineering. I have worked for the South-Western City School District for over 12 years as the Operations Coordinator, Programmer, and currently Data Analyst. I am currently serving my first term on Obetz Village Council.
Goals if elected: We now look to the next two great areas of expansion: the 19 acres of land surrounded by I-270, Alum Creek Drive, and Groveport Road; and the southwest area to the north and to the east of Hamilton Schools. I am committed to the responsible development of these new frontiers.
