Groveport Special Olympics participated in Polar Plunge, an annual fundraiser for Special Olympics Ohio, on Feb. 3 at Express Live! in downtown Columbus. Teaming up with GSO was the Groveport Police Department and Reynoldsburg High School Special Olympics. Participants plunged into a cold pool of water to raise money for Special Olympics. All proceeds benefit the athletes, with 50 percent going to the local program.
