Grove City Community Parade kicks off a holiday celebration

Santa waved to children and adults alike during the Grove City Community Parade on Dec. 3 in the city’s Town Center. The parade kicked off the two-day Grove City Christmas Celebration. The festive activities were sponsored by the city of Grove City and Heart of Grove City.
The Central Ohio Balloon Club had the hottest float as its members pulled their burners to light up the night. It also warmed the parade watchers.
The Grove City High School Marching Band marches in festive lights and wrapped instruments during the Grove City Community Parade.
Special-need dogs and handlers walked to represent SPEAK! for the Unspoken, a non-profit that specializes in special needs rescue and education.
