Great time at Christmas Under the Clock

Plain City’s Christmas Under the Clock celebration took place Dec. 2 followed by the Santa parade through area neighborhoods.

The artificial snow coming out of the second floor window above the Hair Loft was a real treat and gave Chillicothe Street an added look of Christmas.
Busy making Christmas cards, these children stop long enough to smile for a photo. The cards were among craft activities provided by the Daily Needs Assistance (DNA) Community Center.
Ohio Ready Mix covered one of its cement mixers with over 28,000 lights. It made for a festive road block at the south end of town during Plain City’s Christmas Under the Clock celebration on Dec. 2.
Christmas Under the Clock was a great opportunity to talk with Santa Claus. Just ask 4-year-old Paige Firlik (left) and her brother, Johnathan Firlik, 7.

To cap off the evening, Santa, Mrs. Claus, and friends parade through downtown Plain City and the surrounding neighborhoods, throwing candy.
