The Groveport Madison Cruisers vs. Pickerington Central Tigers boys varsity basketball game, held at Groveport Madison High School on Dec. 19, had to be postponed after a Pickerington Central player dunked the ball and broke the rim. The rim was beyond repair and officials had to postpone the game in the second quarter with Pickerington Central leading 23-17. As of Dec. 20, Groveport Madison Athletic Director Steve Petros said a make-up date for the game had not been scheduled yet.
