On April 20, members of London’s police and fire departments will take on Madison County’s Special Olympians in a volleyball game to promote Autism Awareness Month. This is the second year for the event.

Last year, the Tigers prevailed, three games to one. This year, the first responders hope to even the score.

The free event will take place at 6 p.m. in the London Middle School gymnasium. London Mayor Pat Closser will officiate the match. Concessions will be available.

The Madison County Tigers are affiliated with the Madison County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
