Stella Viallba, an English as a Second Language teacher at the Whitehall school, decided to move the school’s international festival from the spring to give students a chance to exhibit celebrations from their native countries, which include Mexico and Ethiopia. Haiat Adam and Martha Mengistu gave a presentation about Ethiopia, their families’ homeland. |
