M.H. Eby Inc. of West Jefferson has partnered with the Madison County Junior Fair Sale Committee in support of the new youth arena to be built at the Madison County Fairgrounds in London.
In 2013, Eby celebrated their 75th anniversary. To wrap up a good year, the company committed $50,000 to the youth arena project.
“We would like to bring some livestock shows back to Madison County with the construction of the new arena,” said Doug Deaver, Eby vice president.
The Madison County Sale Committee and Eby are working out a name for the new arena which is proposed to be completed by this year’s 125th Madison County Fair. Eby has helped the committee on several projects in past, providing a great deal of support to the Junior Fair.
“Working on a community project of this size will be a first for Eby, and we are excited get started,” Deaver said.
“The Sale Committee is proud to have Eby as a sponsor for this project, as well as all that have contributed and worked so hard to get this project off the ground,” said Darrell Champer, Sale Committee president.
