The Canal Winchester Lions Club has designed and provided a sign and four-season perennial garden for the Canal Winchester Community Garden. Linda Boving, president of the Canal Winchester Arts Guild, connected the Lions Club with artist Jake Seabaugh, who was commissioned to create the sign. The 10 square foot sign is surrounded by 77 square feet of perennial, native, non-invasive plants. Tovah Gross, co-owner of Garden Partners LLC, donated the landscape design and plants for the garden surrounding the sign. The Lions Club also thanks Community Garden Manager and CW Community Affairs Director Amanda Lemke for her support of the project. Pictured here celebrating donation of sign and garden are Lions Officers Julie Clubb, Jeff Sweeney, Bill Christensen, artist Jake Seabaugh, Lions Officers Jackie Christensen and Loretta Sweeney.
