The 2nd Annual Martha Geib Memorial Cruise-in is set for noon-4 p.m. July 30 at 5005 State Rte. 38 SE, just south of London.

Vehicles of all kinds are welcome—cars, trucks and tractors. D.J. Dick “Hot Dog” Ryman will provide entertainment. Door prizes, food, and a basket auction are planned.

The event is named for the late Dr. Martha Geib, who was an advocate for children. In her work as a pediatrician, as a school board member, and as a church volunteer, she worked tirelessly to improve the lives of children in the community.

Proceeds from this event will go to the Academic Boosters at London City Schools and Madison Plains Local Schools to be used for scholarships and other academic enrichment activities.

For details or to order a t-shirt, check out MarthaGeibMemorial on Facebook. To volunteer or make a donation, call Stephanie Huddleston at (740) 852-4107.
