The Franklin County Public Health Department will spray the entire city of Groveport for mosquitoes on Tuesday, Aug. 18 starting at 8:30 p.m. (weather permitting). According to Mitzi Kline, director of communication for Franklin County Public Health, there was a pool of mosquitoes in a trap in Groveport that recently tested positive for West Nile virus.
