Cougar competes at the state level

Lucas Crosier of Westland was one of the best in the state to qualify for the 2024 State Wrestling Tournament, held March 8-10 at the Schottenstein Center. The 132-pound sophomore earned a trip to the event by finishing in the top four in his weight class at the district tournament. Crosier is shown here on the right in a second round match up against Colerain senior Bryce Sears. Crosier was unable to claim a win at his first trip to the state tournament and finished the season with a record of 44-13.
