Get to know your community and its local businesses by visiting the Reynoldsburg Area Chamber of Commerce’s Community and Business Expo.
The event will be held April 1 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Reynoldsburg High School Summit Campus Performing Arts Center, 8579 Summit Road. Admission is free.
“It’s a great opportunity for the public to come in to see what is offered in the community and to support the local businesses that help support the community. Small town businesses play an important role in the community,” said Mary Hudson, chairperson of the Reynoldsburg Area Chamber of Commerce.
Hudson said the event has grown over the years and at least 60 businesses will participate in the Expo this year. The event will feature a 50/50 raffle, product demonstrations, promotional giveaways, product samples and more. Primrose School will also offer day care services for visitors at the Expo.
Hudson said the chamber was happy to partner with the Reynoldsburg school district to hold the event at the Summit Campus.
“In addition to showcasing local businesses, the Expo will also showcase the Summit Campus facility,” said Hudson.
Besides local businesses, Hudson said the fire department and police will have booths at the Expo as well as the Tomato Festival, the Reynoldsburg-Pickerington Rotary Club, and other non-profit groups.
“We want everyone to come out to the Expo to have a good time and to learn more about what our local businesses and community groups have to offer,” said Hudson.
