Christmas cheer in Grove City

The city of Grove City’s annual Christmas Celebration took place on Dec. 2 with hundreds of people from across the county in attendance. Throughout the day, shoppers took advantage of steals and deals at area businesses and workshops, stood in long lines for pictures with Santa and braved a brisk night to watch the parade and tree lighting ceremony to cap the night. Here are a few scenes captured at the event.
Velvet, a 7-year-old reindeer from The Pine Acre Reindeer Farm in LaRue, was one of the star attractions.
