Magician and balloon artist Mr. Bugaboo twisted balloons into animal shapes for kids during the event.
Waterloo5 singer Carrington was in fine form as she put her all into a song during the performance.
Larry Dowler sits atop his 1936 John Deere Model A tractor, which has been in his family since 1940, during the Touch-a-Tractor event that was part of the Music & Art in the Park festivities on June 15. Kids got a close up look at classic farm tractors.
