Education, military, and/or political experience: Information Technology Manager – Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (retired). Twenty plus year career in leadership across long term strategic planning, financial and operational management of multi-million dollar portfolios, project leadership and delivery, contract negotiations and peer collaboration for a Fortune 100 company. Serving as vice-chair and volunteer for Canal Winchester Human Services. Engaged in community forums and constituents’ conversations.
Goals if elected: I would be a champion for innovation and balanced forward thinking as it applies to economic development of our city. Focus on comprehensive and long-term planning driven by full collaboration between city leaders, residents, and local businesses. Establish guiding principles for growth management and use those principles and available data as our compass when making decisions. Promote transparency and community engagement in go forward planning whenever possible.

Education, military, and/or political experience: I currently serve the Canal Winchester community as a member of city council. I host monthly community engagement meetings to get community opinions and to help answer questions or concerns. I serve with community groups including the CW Area Historical Society and the CW Human Services Organization.
Goals if elected: I have helped to bring curbside recycling, a hands-free driving ordinance, stronger residential standards, and community engagement events to our residents. As we move forward with the development of the 20+ year plan, I want to ensure that our community continues to have a voice in its future.

Goals if elected: Support business development that supports both schools and community while maintaining the character of downtown. Be advocate for CWJRD and the makeit a more effective organization. Support and pass D.O.R.A. Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area. Safety study to make sure C.W. has proper coverage for police and fire.

Occupation: Assistant Director/Lead Preschool Teacher at It Takes A Village Early Education Center
Education, military, and/or political experience: I graduated from high school at 16, currently hold my Child Development Associate, and am a student at Franklin University. I’m an ordained minister, assistant director and lead preschool teacher at It Takes a Village Early Education Center. During the pandemic, I’ve helped feed over 2000 local families through my church’s food pantry.
Goals if elected: I will incentivize business development that serves the needs of families, public-private partnerships, and explore the feasibility of Canal Winchester having its own small police force. I will also support well-maintained city services, lower taxes, quality education, and parents having the ability to make choices for their children.

Goals if elected: I will work to attract economic development that is tied to a community centered city plan, implement long term solutions to improve public safety so that residents feel safe and secure, and increase transparency in city decision making to make it more accessible and responsive to resident’s concerns and needs.

Education, military, and/or political experience: Bachelor’s from Ohio University, Master’s from Wright State University. I am a partner in a local small business. I am responsible for sales and operations. Girl dad to two amazing young women, and teacher at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish the last eight years.
Goals if elected: I will work diligently on issues on public safety, crime, and recreation for all ages. I have lived and worked in Canal Winchester for 18 years and love this city. I would like to give back to a town that has given their mother and I a wonderful place to raise our daughters.

Education, military, and/or political experience: I have two Bachelor of Science degrees from The Ohio State University: one in Environmental Science and one in Chemical Engineering. I have worked for the State of Ohio for the past nine years. Before that, I worked for Lexmark in their Research and Development Department.
Goals if elected: If elected, I intend to facilitate smart development, increase safety and place more emphasis on public participation and transparency. We need to think about what we want our City to look like long-term and create a development plan to get us to where we want to be.

Goals if elected: As a long-time homeowner in Madison Township, I share your concerns about safety, property values, code enforcement, and Township services. That’s why I’ll work hard to ensure our tax dollars are wisely spent, expenses are appropriate and necessary, proper oversight is ensured, and that excellent services are provided.

Goals if elected: Bring the voice back to the people. Building a strong police department by adding headcount. Work with the Public Works Department to improve roads. Build trust between the township and its residents.

Goals if elected: Continue to provide outstanding safety services to the residents of Madison Township, Groveport, and Canal Winchester. Stay on track with our strategic plan to continue investing in equipment, vehicles, and training for our township fire and police departments ensuring outstanding service to our residents. Remain a good steward of your tax dollars with ongoing efforts to seek out grant opportunities and matching funds for public works equipment and road improvement.
