Responding to a growing demand for metal fabricating and machinery rehabilitation services, Ohio-based Manifold & Phalor announced it will expand its Canal Winchester facility and add more than 25 new jobs over the next three years.
Manifold & Phalor will invest $3.3 million to add more than 35,000 square feet to its existing facility. The company currently employs 45 workers.
The company chose to maintain its Ohio presence along the U.S. 33 corridor over other options, citing proximity to transportation and customers as determining factors.
“Manifold & Phalor has been a great addition to our community and to the Fairfield/33 corridor,” said Canal Winchester Mayor Mike Ebert. “We are pleased to see this expansion in the Canal Pointe Industry & Commerce Park where the company can take advantage of the strategic location and attractive incentives our community has to offer.”
Ohio-based Manifold & Phalor has machine installations in over 30 countries, and offers a one-stop source for industrial customers requiring machining, fabricating and machine building services. Founded in 1946, the company’s areas of service include: engineering systems, glass machinery, U.S. die and mold, contract machining, welding and fabrication, and maintenance and repair.
