The Sassy Ladies Card Club is hosting a Bunco fundraiser to benefit Madison County 4-H programming and scholarships. The event is set for 1 to 4 p.m. Feb. 18 in the Della Selsor Building at the Madison County Fairgrounds, London. Doors open at noon.
Admission is $20 and includes lunch (sloppy joe or shredded chicken sandwich, pasta salad, chips, baked goods, drink). Guarantee your spot by purchasing a ticket in advance. The event also will feature a 50/50 drawing, a raffle for a quilt made by 4-H alumni, and door prizes. Quilt raffle tickets are $1 each.
Never played Bunco? No worries. Organizers will provide a quick lesson before the game begins.
“If you can roll dice and count, you’ve got it made,” said Judy Gallimore, organizer.
