Give my regards to
Broad Street

Looking like Chevy Chase in "Christmas Vacation," Columbus Mayor Michael Coleman on Dec. 20 braves a mass of wires to light the new multi-media signs at the northwest corner of Broad and High streets, which, fortunately, cooperated in providing a display of advertising and news scrolls. The signs are a part of a multi-million dollar development at the intersection by the Casto Company that will include studios for NBC4 television, condominiums, retail and restaurant space. The lighted signs also keep a countdown to the date of the Ohio State Buckeyes’ appearance in the BCS championship game Jan. 7. Orange Barrel Media designed the signs.
