It was a scorching morning and afternoon on June 30, yet that did not deter the hundreds of fans of the Hilltop Bean Dinner from coming out to enjoy its tasty and entertaining offerings. Here are Wayne Noble and Mel Drone, two of the more than a dozen volunteers who make the bean dinner possible.
