(Posted Sept. 20, 2021)

Each December, the Madison County Arts Council (MCAC) hosts “Sounds of the Season,” a festive concert featuring a plethora of local talent.

This year, the event will take place at 7 p.m. Dec. 19, at London First United Methodist Church.

MCAC is holding auditions for anyone who would like to be a part of this year’s event. Auditions are set for 6 p.m. Nov. 22-23 at Brennan Loft, 158 S. Main St., London. Those who audition only need to attend one night.

Participants must bring a prepared number. Singers must bring a copy of their sheet music; MCAC will provide an accompanist. CDs and digital accompaniment are not permitted.

Performers of all kinds are welcome.

For those who are chosen to perform, a rehearsal will be held at 9 a.m. Dec. 18.
