The 39th annual Arts in the Alley Festival, which is presented by the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce, took place on the weekend of Sept. 21. Thousands of people throughout the central Ohio region came to downtown Grove City to browse the variety of fine arts vendor booths on display, soak up the sounds of various local and area middle and high school musical groups and generally have a great time.
