Mayor Lance Westcamp (above) reads the Arbor Day proclamation to students at Groveport Elementary School as the city of Groveport celebrated Arbor Day on April 29 by planting trees at Groveport Elementary and Glendening Elementary. The city is recognized as a Tree City USA because of its efforts to plant and preserve trees in the city.
