The Madison County Farm Bureau is offering college scholarships for the 2020-21 school year.
Applicants or their parents or guardians must be members of the Madison County Farm Bureau. Criteria include academic performance, an agriculture-related course of study, community involvement, grades, financial need, and references.
Selection of scholarship recipients will be made on or before May 1. Recipients will receive the scholarships for the fall term expenses, with verification of grade point average, with a passing grade from first quarter or semester, and enrollment for the next quarter or semester.
Any high school applicant must be accepted to attend as a full-time student at a four-year college or university or a two-year technical school. Proof, such as class schedule or school tuition bill, is necessary before a check is mailed.
