The American Red Cross of Fairfield County is offering the following events during the month of December:
Dec. 11
• American Red Cross of Fairfield County, Bloodmobile, noon – 6 p.m. Located at Pickerington Senior Center, 150 Hereford Dr., Pickerington. Phone Nancy at (614) 837-3020 to schedule an appointment; however, walk-ins are welcome. All presenting donors will be eligible to win a $100 gas card or a $2,000 travel package from AAA.
• American Red Cross of Fairfield County, Disaster Course: Disaster Action Team (DAT) Workshop, 6-9:30 p.m. Located at 121 W. Mulberry St., Lancaster. This is a local workshop designed for volunteers who want to join the DAT team. Learn how we respond within Fairfield County to house fires, and be a part of a team first called into action. There are prerequisites required – call chapter at (740) 687-5585 for more information. Registration is required.

• American Red Cross of Fairfield County, Infant & Child CPR, 5:30 p.m. Located at 121 W. Mulberry St., Lancaster. Learn the lifesaving skills for recognizing and responding to breathing and cardiac emergencies in infants & children. Cost: $30 and payment is required with pre-registration.
