Nolan Hawkins gets the go-ahead run in a Sunday afternoon game between the class of 2003 and his class of 2018. The game was one of many that were part of the Grove City High School 36th Annual Alumni Tournament. Held July 28-29 at both Fryer Park and Murfin Field, the tournament is known to be the worlds largest of its kind. This year the event hosted more than 75 teams from as far back as the 1970s. Hawkins and his recent graduating class took the game by a score of 12-11.
Battling the sun as well as the class of 2007 was the task at hand for Rachael Ash of the class of 2014. Ash was one of hundreds of Grove City High School alumni to take part in the annual softball tournament that has become a Grove City tradition.
