The popular travelling science exhibit, COSI on Wheels, came to JC Sommer Elementary School on Oct. 26 to get students excited about science through fun presentations and interactive hands-on stations. Here, fourth graders Autumn Andrews and Emily Anderson experience the perspective of an insect using these glasses.
Aiden Jones and Jordan Estepp discover that it is not so easy for them to hunt for food in the trunk of a tree, quite unlike the woodpeckers they are pretending to be.
Riley McDaniel uses this stuffed bear during an interactive lesson on how seeds are able to spread in different environments.
