Hundreds of children throughout the region descended upon Windsor Park on April 29 and 30 to celebrate the return of Little League baseball in Grove City. While some of the games scheduled for April 30 were postponed due to inclement weather, all of the players got to show off their brand new teams and uniforms during the much beloved player procession the previous day. Among those teams who were celebrated during the Friday Night Grand Slam ceremony were the All-Stars who finished in second place in the Ohio District 6 Little League Tournament – the highest a team in the league has placed in its history. Some of those players who attended the April 29 celebration were (pictured from left to right) Jayden Estepp, Quinn Adams, Chace Higginbotham, Carter Samson, Noah Petit and Grayson Keating.
