Sweet Street event May 28
The Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce is organizing its first Sweet Street event. In its first year, the event will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. May 28 on Columbus Street in Olde Pickerington Village.
Local bakers may register their treats in a community bake-off contest, which is open to anyone. Entries can be anything from baking pies, cookies, cakes, homemade ice cream to Creme Brule. Celebrity judges include Chef Art from Amber Park.
Businesses, restaurants and caterers interested in being vendors for the Sweet Street event should contact the chamber at (614) 837-1958.
