| Charlie loves people and attention and longs for a family to love. Most people don't know he's a little depressed and has had his heart broken twice. Although he likes dogs, he doesn't care for cats. His last owner passed away and no one in the family could keep him. He still has lots of years and lots of love to give. The shelter also would consider a foster or long-term foster.
