Christian Donovan, Boy Scouts of America troop 385, completes his Eagle Scout Leadership Project Oct. 8 at Norton Middle School. His father John helps unload plants for the project.

The project involved the renovation of landscaping at the front entrance of Norton Middle School. Donovan and members of troop 385 planted more than 50 perennials and transplanted existing plants to other locations around the building. Richard Cassidy, owner of Southern Grove Landscaping, volunteered technical support and the project was financially supported by Norton Middle School Principal Scott Cunningham.
