Students at Lindbergh Elementary School collaborate on two mural projects in remembrance of 9/11. Handprints from all the students were used to create an American flag, which hangs proudly in the hallway. The stars on the flag came from the preschooler’s hands, and the red stripes were created from grades 1st through 5th.

Fifth-graders create a Wall of Honor on the wall opposite the American flag. Each star is a tribute to a student’s family member who served or currently serves in the military.
