“Quilting Ect., a newly organized fellowship handwork group, will meet at Brookwood Presbyterian Church, 2685 E. Livingston Ave., on the first and third Tuesdays of each month from 2 to 4 p.m. in the church library. Learning new skills, as well as practicing old skills, while enjoying the fellowship of others is the organizations purpose. Participants are invited to come with their own quilting, knitting or other handwork project, or explore the available materials and projects provided. Susan Gooslin, an experienced quilter, leads the group and enjoys sharing her knowledge with others. Participation in the program is free and open to the community.
