Briggs High School senior, Julian Muse attended the Martin Luther King Breakfast on Jan. 17 where he met both Gov. John Kasich and Mayor Michael Coleman. Kasich spoke to Muse about the value of higher education and was encouraging about how it can lead to a successful adult life. Muse has been accepted at Eastern Michigan University for next year.
