Groveport Madison High School varsity football player Anthony Pruitt models the Cruisers' new football uniform. Through the efforts of the players, Mother's Club, coaches, parents, and community, funds were raised by donation to purchase the new uniforms. They collected door-to-door, had two car washes, sold t-shirts, and had a 50/50 raffle at the golf outing sponsored by the Athletic Boosters. There were also private donations. Ricart Automotive contributed half of the cost.
Other major contributors included Groveport Dental and Eric Smith, a Groveport Madison graduate who is now a member of the NFL's New York Jets.
