I find this ironic given the Pickaway County Library just bid out a $3.5 million dollar renovation forit's location in Circleville. Are they not in the same funding pool from the state as we are? The facility can't be 10 years from it's last renovation, yet the have the $$$ for such things. Perhaps they have a lesson they could share.
