HART
Ellen P. Hart, 93, of London died March 3 at Sisters On Main Street, London. Mrs. Hart was born Dec. 21, 1917, in Tradersville, Ohio, a daughter of Harry and Lula (Adams) Potts. She was a member of Sommerford United Methodist Church for more than 50 years, where she also was a member of the United Methodist Women. Mrs. Hart had been a member of the Twentieth Century Club and the Madison County Historical Society. She was an avid Cincinnati Reds fan and dearly loved to spend time with her family. A funeral service was held March 8 at Rader-Lynch and Dodds Funeral Home, London. Memorial contributions can be made to Loving Care Hospice Inc., 56 S. Oak St., London.

JACKSON
Marian Irene Jackson, 98, a resident of the Arbors at London for the past four years, died March 3 in the Arbors at London. She was born in Franklin County, Ohio, on Feb. 1, 1912, a daughter of Rev. Frank and Julia (Gorby) Sollars. Marian was a member of Center Street Church of Christ in Christian Union, where she was active with the Evangelical Christian Ladies. The church hosted a celebration of Marian’s life on March 8. Memorial contributions can be made to the church or to Loving Care Hospice. The family entrusted Rader-Lynch and Dodds Funeral Home, London, with services.

HUDDLESTON
Pete Huddleston, 82, of London died March 5 in his residence. Born April 7, 1927, in Jellico, Tenn., he was a son of Peter and Susie (Roberts) Huddleston. Pete had worked at the former Dial Corp. for 36 years before retiring in 1992. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, gardening and bird watching. A lifelong member of the Madison County Coon Hunters Association, Pete was very fond of NASCAR, having been a stock car driver in the 1950s.  He also used to play country music. BOYD, SR.
Weldon E. “Whitey” Boyd Sr., 78, of Stafford, Texas, died March 6 in Houston. Born on Oct. 16, 1931, in Plumwood, Ohio, he was a son of Emmitt Emery and Marvel Isabelle (Cramblit) Boyd. Whitey was an appliance salesman and serviceman for Dick Cutlip Appliance in London and Columbus Maytag for many years. A member of the London Jaycees, he was very active in London, organizing sporting events including baseball and softball. The London Jaycees honored him with a Distinguished Service Award. Funeral services were set for March 13 in Eberle-Fisher Funeral Home and Crematory, London. Memorial contributions can be made to a favorite charity or The Cat Welfare Assn., 741 Wetmore Rd., Columbus, OH 43214-2255.

MAYABB
Alice P. Mayabb, 84, of London died March 7 in Madison County Hospital with her loving family by her side. Born on Nov. 20, 1925, in Rowland County, Ky., she was a daughter of John and Easter (Elam) Riggsby. Private services will be conducted at the convenience of the family in Eberle-Fisher Funeral Home and Crematory, London. Memorial contributions can be made to Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus or Loving Care Home Health & Hospice of Madison County. The family extends their sincere gratitude for the kindness shown and the professional care given to their mother by Madison County Hospital and Loving Care Hospice.
