Letter: Safety comes first in snow

I want to thank the Jonathan Alder Local Schools bus drivers for safely transporting our children during this past storm. Wow! Great job! Kudos, also, to all of the drivers who plowed our roads and put in all the hours to make sure the roads get cleared. I also want to thank Dr. Doug Carpenter, Jonathan Alder’s superintendent, who makes the tough decisions about closing the schools. It is great to see that he values the safety of our students.
