TOPE
Kenneth Tope, 85, of Naples, Fla., formerly of London, died Jan. 25 in Arbors at London Nursing Home. Born July 10, 1924, in London, he was a son of Walton and Bessie (Hixon) Tope. Ken had been employed for 37 years with the Ohio Bureau of Corrections before retiring as a business director. A World War II veteran with the U.S. Marine Corps, Ken was also a member of the London Country Club. Private memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family at Eberle-Fisher Funeral Home and Crematory.

GRAY
Thomas Ray Gray, 66, of London died Jan. 25 in Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus. Born Oct. 1, 1943, in Columbus, he was a son of Theodore and Jennie (Sexton) Gray. Thomas attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in London. He was a chef at the Peppercorn Duck Club in Columbus for seven years before becoming a security guard. Services were conducted Jan. 30 in Eberle-Fisher Funeral Home and Crematory, London.

WOOD
Ruth (Brown) Wood, 96, of London died Jan. 27 in Arbors West, West Jefferson. Born May 4, 1913, in Madison County; she was a daughter of Emery and May (Sager) Brown. Ruth, along with her husband Lawrence "Tig" Wood had owned and operated Wood’s Auto Glass in London and had the Montgomery & Ward Catalogue Agency and the Hot Point Appliance Agency in London for over 30 years. She was a member of Center Street Church of Christ in Christian Union for over 70 years. Funeral services were held Jan. 30 in London Church of Christ in Christian Union. The family was served by Eberle-Fisher Funeral Home and Crematory.

ROWE
George David Rowe, 89, of London died Jan. 28 in his residence. George was born on Aug. 19, 1920, in Range Township, a son of George Washington and Rosa (Vannoy) Rowe. He was a member of First Church of God and was a volunteer for Food Through Faith. He was retired from the Dial Corp. after 20 years of service, he also farmed for most of his life and was an avid fan of Ohio States sports. Most of all, George loved to spend time with his grandchildren and watching them play sports. A funeral service was held Feb. 3 at Rader-Lynch and Dodds Funeral Home, London. Memorial contributions can be made to Loving Care Hospice, 56 S. Oak St., London OH 43140.

ODLE
Betty K. Odle, 76, of London died Jan. 30 in Arbors At London Nursing Facility.  Born Feb. 9, 1933, she was a daughter of Tarrell and Hazel (Smith) Odle. Visitation and services were not observed. Memorial contributions can be made to Arbors At London, 218 Elm St., London, OH 43140. The family was served by Eberle-Fisher Funeral Home and Crematory.

WRIGHT
Everett Wright, 85, of London died Jan. 30 in Arbors At London Nursing Facility.  Born April 21, 1924, in Midway, Ohio, he was a son of Joseph and Edna (Peck) Wright. A U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II, Mr. Wright had been employed by International Truck Corp. for 35 years, retiring as a supervisor. He had attended the Madison County Vineyard and was a former member of the Eagles Lodge in Springfield. Funeral services were conducted Feb. 4 in Eberle-Fisher Funeral Home and Crematory, London.
