Take Back the Night to recognize memories of victims
The memory of victims and spirit of survivors will be recognized Oct. 28 with an event in Pickerington.
"Take Back the Night" will raise awareness about the continuing violence in the community against women and children. It will include a rally at 6 p.m. and a self defense class at 7:30 p.m. at Ohio University Pickerington, 12933 Stonecreek Drive.
The event will be held rain or shine (will move inside if it rains). Sign/interpreting will be available. Bring a lawn chair.
