Singing out in Groveport

The first Center for Groveport Madison Human Needs summer concert on June 7 drew a crowd of 150 in Groveport's Heritage Park to hear the 60 member Groveport Community Choir. A total of $582 was collected through freewill offerings and concessions for Human Needs. The choir was composed of people from Groveport United Methodist Church, Groveport Zion Lutheran Church, St. Mary Catholic Church and First Baptist Church.
The next concert is June 28 at 7 p.m. featuring The Michael Rose Show (oldies and "The King").
