Historical society to host picnic

The Pickerington-Violet Township Historical Society will hold its annual summer picnic at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 7 at its museum, located at 15 E. Columbus St., Pickerington. Pictured is the 1904 James "Daddy" Belt Prominent Citizen of Pickerington and owner at the time of the Pickerington Mill.
