Domenik Hixon was co-grand marshal of the Whitehall Independence Day parade. The 2002 Whitehall Yearling High School graduate is the city's own Super Bowl hero as a wide receiver/kick returner for the NFL's New York Giants.

Miss Ohio USA Monica Day (below) served as co-grand marshal of the parade. Day is a 2000 graduate of Whitehall Yearling High School.
