| Presbyterian Child Center will celebrate “The Week of the Young Child” April 13-19. The center’s plans include a parent breakfast and crazy sock/hair day April 14, balloon launch at 10 a.m. April 15, book swap and a Cystic Fibrosis bake sale April 16, concert for Madison House residents at 10:30 a.m. April 17, favorite sports day April 18, and a spring basket auction/luncheon at noon April 20. The center is located at 211 Garfield Ave., London. Madison County commis-sioners Chris Snyder and Bob Hackett, in the company of youngsters Reid Gates, Bailey Fouty and Sienna Goodyear, signed a proclamation recognizing “Week of the Young Child.” |
