Kite Festival floats on air

| A huge octopus kite was quite an attraction at the Kite Festival. The owner of the kite and the promoter of the event, “Tree” Alexander, pulled it in so children could get a closer look. The 22-year-old novelty kite was one of three kites that appeared in the motion picture “Snow Dogs.” |
